Terms & Conditions
1. Check-In & Check-Out Timings
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests wishing to extend their stay must inform the front office in advance.
2. Child Policy
Children aged 8 years and above will be charged INR 1500 net per person per day.
3. Taxes
Applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing regulations (5% or 18%, depending on the tariff).
4. Settlement of Bills
Guests are requested to settle all bills in full before check-out.
In case of non-payment, the management reserves the right to retain guest belongings and take necessary action to recover dues.
5. Identification Requirements
As per government regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in.
Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa upon arrival.
6. Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is available at the designated area, subject to availability, for a maximum of 3 days.
Storage is at the guest’s own risk. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage.
7. Valuables & Room Security
Guests are advised to use safe deposit lockers for their valuables.
Please ensure rooms are securely locked when unattended.
The management is not responsible for loss of unsecured personal belongings.
8. Non-Smoking Policy
The resort is a strictly non-smoking property, including all rooms and public areas.
9. Alcohol Policy
Consumption of liquor/alcohol is strictly prohibited within the resort premises, including guest rooms.
10. Prohibited Items
Storing hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials (including gas cylinders or dangerous goods) is strictly prohibited.
11. Damage to Property
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property by themselves or their visitors.
12. Use of Facilities
The management is not liable for any injury, loss, or accident occurring while using resort facilities or participating in activities.
13. Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted.
14. Compliance with Laws
Guests must comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations during their stay.
15. Right to Amend
The management reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
