Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Halez Sparsa, we aim to maintain transparency and clarity in our reservation policies. Please review the following terms carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date for individual bookings (up to 5 rooms).
For group bookings (more than 5 rooms), cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Failure to cancel within the above timelines will result in retention charges equivalent to one night’s room rent plus applicable taxes.
2. No-Show & Late Cancellation
In case of a No-Show or cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s room rent plus taxes will be levied.
3. Reservation Guarantee Policy
All confirmed reservations without guaranteed payment or without provided arrival time/contact details will be held until 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
The hotel reserves the right to release such bookings after this time.
4. Guaranteed Reservations
To guarantee a reservation beyond 3:00 PM, guests are required to pay one night’s room charge in advance.
5. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
Any payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.
6. Amendments & Rescheduling
Requests for date changes are subject to the applicable cancellation policy and room availability.
Any rate differences due to revised dates will be charged accordingly.
7. Early Check-Out
In case of early departure after check-in, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, rescheduling or refunds may be considered at management’s discretion.
