1. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Guests wishing to extend their stay must inform the lobby manager in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Settlement of Bills

• Guests are requested to settle their bills in full before check-out.
• In case of non-payment, the management reserves the right to exercise a lien on the guest’s luggage or belongings. These may be retained, and if necessary, sold or auctioned without prior notice to recover dues.

3. Luggage Storage

• Luggage may be stored in the designated left luggage room, subject to availability.
• Storage is at the guest’s own risk and is limited to a maximum of 3 days.
• The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to stored luggage.

4. Valuables & Room Security

• Safe deposit lockers are available at the front office. Guests are encouraged to use them for storing cash, jewellery, and other valuables.
• Please ensure your room is locked when stepping out. The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to any personal belongings left unsecured in the room.

5. Prohibited Items

• Storing of hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials including raw/exposed cinema films, gas cylinders, or any dangerous goods in rooms or on hotel premises is strictly prohibited under Indian safety norms.

6. Loss or Damage to Property

• Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property by them, their visitors, or individuals under their care.

7. Compliance with Indian Laws

• Guests must adhere to all applicable Indian laws and government regulations, including those related to identity verification, alcohol consumption, firearms, and foreign exchange payments. Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) is required at check-in.

8. Use of Facilities

• The management shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or mishap occurring during the use of hotel facilities or participation in outdoor activities provided by or affiliated with the hotel.

9. Right to Amend Policies

• The hotel management reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
