At Halez Sparsa, we strive to offer flexibility and transparency to our guests. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds.

1. Free Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 1 day prior to the scheduled arrival date, before 2:00 PM (Indian Standard Time).
• A full refund will be processed for such cancellations.

2. Late Cancellation Charges

• If the booking is cancelled within 1 day (24 hours) of the scheduled check-in, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• No refund will be applicable in case of no-shows or same-day cancellations.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
• Payment gateway or transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Early Check-Out

• In the case of early departure after check-in, the remaining nights will not be refunded, unless approved by management due to exceptional circumstances.

5. Amendments & Rescheduling

• Guests may request a change of dates at least 24 hours before check-in, subject to room availability.
• Rate differences, if any, due to revised dates will be applicable.

6. Group Bookings & Peak Seasons

• For group reservations (3 rooms or more) or during peak travel seasons/festivals, a minimum 3-day advance notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for a refund.

7. Force Majeure Clause

• In case of cancellations due to natural calamities, government-imposed travel restrictions, or unavoidable emergencies, refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of the management.
